Every day, Living Lutheran offers a prayer from the ELCA resource Prayer ventures, which can be downloaded here. These daily petitions are offered as a guide for your own prayer life as together we pray for the needs of the world and give thanks for the ministries of our church.

Wednesday, June 26 “Let them thank the Lord for his steadfast love, for his wonderful works to humankind. Let them extol him in the congregation of the people and praise him in the assembly of the elders” (Psalm 107:31-32). We give thanks for the Spirit gathering us in worship to praise God, reflect on the word of God, profess our faith, receive and affirm God’s grace through the sacrament of communion, and bless each other to do God’s work in the world.
