Friday, Sept. 6 We pray for communities and congregations vulnerable to hurricanes, that they will be prepared, resilient and ready to serve their neighbors impacted by severe weather. We give thanks for the many ways—immediate and long term—that Lutheran Disaster Response gathers resources to relieve suffering, support recovery and healing, and stir hope.
