Rahel Mwitula Williams

Rahel Mwitula Williams is ELCA director for innovation and ideas, having previously served as ELCA director of Global Mission funding. Born and raised in Tanzania, East Africa, she migrated to the United States with her family at age 12. She is a member of Shekinah Chapel, an ELCA congregation in Riverdale, Ill., where her husband serves as pastor.
